MSCA Districts
The Mid-Southern California Area has been allotted the responsibility of General Service support throughout the Area by the General Service Conference. In turn, the M.S.C.A. District structure has been approved by the Area Assembly to facilitate the accomplishment of this responsibility. The illustration below approximates the size and location of the Districts in the M.S.C.A. structure.
The Area is entirely covered by the Spanish-speaking Districts and also by the English-speaking Districts. Each District has assumed the responsibility for General Service support within the geographic boundaries of their District. Included are incorporated and unincorporated cities, towns and geographic locations. (All of these communities may not be shown in the lists of communities provided by the Districts for this atlas.) Spanish-speaking Districts support the Spanish-speaking Groups and English-speaking Districts support the English-speaking Groups. Groups with other languages are supported by the English-speaking District in which they are located.
